Our Culture

We get it. Every agency says they have a super great work culture. But culture isn’t just something you have—it’s something you earn. Read on to see how we do that.

OUR culture and benefits

Flexible Working

Spoiler: flexibility makes the work better. That’s why we offer flexible work schedules and locations, as well as flexible time off and more than a dozen company holidays and mental health days.

Community Connection

Through our Global Volunteer Day and highly engaged employee resource groups, we cultivate connection with each other and the places where we work and play.

Collaboration

From our #handraisers Slack channel to our recognition programs, we support and celebrate one another’s work. We also gather IRL annually at our agency offsite, Camp Praytell, and yes you should be jealous.

Global Mindset

We’ve got the reach, resources, and footprint of a global agency. But we pride ourselves on maintaining a small-agency culture and community that puts our people first.

4-Day Work Week

We’re changing our industry, one day (off) at a time. Turns out, working one less day a week makes us more creative and productive. Wild, right?

Camp Praytell

We work remotely all over the world, and we love it. But pixels can’t replace a good old-fashioned offsite. Once a year, we gather IRL for Camp Praytell, a three-day laugh, lark, and team-building extravaganza.

D.E.I.

Representation matters, and accountability is the only way to advance equity with the urgency it deserves. That’s why we make our diversity data public.

But really, the numbers are just one piece of the puzzle. We’re focused on the experience our employees have here. We want folks to be able to bring their full selves to work. And we want the work they’re doing to reflect the diversity of their experience.

Our vision is all this and more.

To get there, we don’t shut down on tough conversations. When we mess up, we listen and learn. We resist complacency and we celebrate the wins that matter to our communities.

Our Employee Resource Groups

BEACON serves as a safe space to unite, retain, and uplift the voices of Black employees at Praytell. We value fellowship, cultural programming, and elevating representation within the industry.

Compañeros is a supportive network of Latine individuals working to enable and strengthen members. The group provides a safe and open space to discuss challenging issues within our community and drive cultural awareness.

elevAsian aims to provide Asian-identifying employees with a safe space and community for connection, support, and mentorship.

Herizon aims to unite the women of Praytell to empower each other, discuss women’s issues, and advocate for intersectional equality within our industry and communities through collaboration, education, action, and mentorship.

Prism is a safe and open space to celebrate the commonalities and differences in our experiences as LGBTQIA2s+ people and allies at Praytell, in the industry, and in the world at large.
