Junior Influencer Strategist
Praytell is looking for a Junior Influencer Strategist to join our team. This position is an exempt role and based in our Los Angeles office. Are you ready? Let’s do this!

As a Junior Influencer Strategist you will be:
- Helping to build sourcing lists on Tagger, and learning the fundamentals of the casting process
- Learning fundamental influencer team processes and developing documents
- Leading client content review, ensuring materials are client-ready for senior team members and addressing client concerns
- Executing campaigns, communicating with influencers, with close senior oversight
- Collecting all influencer documentation, sharing with internal teams and the finance department
- Supporting whitelisting initiatives with influencer-facing tasks and learning about the whitelisting process
- Leading reporting efforts by inputting influencers into Tagger, tracking influencer posts and stories, QAing for FTC compliance, downloading influencer content to account folders, and creating campaign reporting documents with close senior oversight
Experienced: You have a strong interest in influencer marketing, with curiosity for how the industry works and you know your way around Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets), with basic knowledge of using formulas and pivot tables.
Proactivity and Initiative: You’re excited to learn new skills and raise your hand for new projects. When you know the next step for a project, you run with it and are able to deliver before you’re asked.
Organization and Thoroughness: You’re able to manage your time working on multiple accounts and projects while staying organized and maintaining a high quality of your deliverables. You’re detail oriented and don’t miss deadlines, but if you know you will, you’re able to communicate that to your teams and provide alternative solutions.
Flexible and Adaptable: You are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done! You understand that you may be required to work irregular hours, nights and weekends, etc. as dictated by client deliverables. You’re willing to jump in and help others no matter the task or level.
Ethics and Integrity: You approach all work ethically and honestly, setting an example for your colleagues. You do the right thing, even when it’s hard taking responsibility and being accountable for actions and apply these standards to those around you.
Excellent Communicator: You are able to clearly and concisely communicate both verbally and in writing. You understand the nuances that influence communication with influencers. You are excited to work towards presenting to clients and colleagues.
